Who you are agreeing with

Daily Draw is run by the Daily Draw team, in Vietnam. On this page "we" means Daily Draw, and "you" means the person using the site.

What the service is

Daily Draw draws tarot cards and writes a reading about them. There are free readings every day, paid tiers that allow more, prepaid credits for readings beyond the free ones, and card art packs unlocked by a subscription or a purchase.

A reference tool, not advice. Daily Draw is an application for reflection and entertainment. A reading is written by an AI from tarot and astrological symbolism. It is for your reference only: it may be inaccurate, it may not match your real situation, and it does not predict the future. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, a therapist, a lawyer or any other qualified person. We accept no responsibility for any decision you make, or any emotional, psychological, financial, legal or other consequence that follows, from reading or relying on a reading. If you are in distress, in danger or thinking of hurting yourself, please contact emergency services (115 in Vietnam) or someone you trust.

Readings are written by a machine

Every reading is generated by an AI model from the card you drew and the question you asked. It is new text each time, no person reviews it before you see it, and it can be wrong, strange or repetitive. Treat it as something to think with, not a statement of fact.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy anything. Reading the public pages needs no account at all.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and your email address current — it is how we reach you about anything you have paid for. What happens under your account is your responsibility. Tell us if you think someone else is in it.

Payment

Everything on Daily Draw is sold by us, in Vietnamese đồng, and paid by bank transfer through payOS, a payment gateway that turns an order into a VietQR code for your banking app. The money moves from your bank account to ours. We never see your banking login, but we may receive the name and number of the account that paid — that is how a payment is matched to its order, and how it is refunded.

Nothing renews automatically. A membership is paid for a set period in advance, while credits and a deck are paid for once. When a paid period ends, the account returns to the free tier unless you choose to pay again.

Because nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel to stop being charged. A membership that ends deletes neither your account nor your past readings, credits you bought stay in your balance, and a deck you bought stays in your collection.

Credits

Credits are a prepaid balance you buy in packs. Today a credit costs 1,000₫. Each reading costs a number of credits, shown before you draw, and the free reading your plan includes for the day is used first. Credits are for readings only: they cannot be withdrawn, moved to another account or exchanged for money.

The price of a credit and the number of credits a reading costs are today's figures, and they may go up or down. We show the current ones before you pay and before you draw, a change applies only to what you buy or draw afterwards, and credits already in your balance are not taken away.

A Pro or Premium pack also opens the spreads of that tier for as long as you hold credits. When the balance reaches zero the account goes back to its membership tier. Readings you saved stay in your notebook, and a deck you bought stays in your collection.

Credits do not expire today. If that ever changes, we will tell you before it applies to credits you already hold.

Follow-up questions. A reading you pay for with credits includes a number of follow-up questions on the same topic, depending on the credits it costs, for 24 hours from when the reading is saved. The free daily reading and a reading covered by a membership's allowance do not include them. Follow-ups you do not use end after 24 hours and are not refunded or converted.

Question tickets

A question ticket is a one-off purchase of one reading. You pay once, either with credits or by bank transfer, ask one question, the reader chooses the spread, you draw the cards, and the reading is saved in your notebook.

How long it lasts. A ticket is valid for 24 hours from purchase and allows one draw. The price is shown before you pay and is not changed afterwards.

When it is used. A ticket is used only when your reading has been written and saved. If the reading fails on our side, if the reader cannot read your question, or if you close the page before it finishes, the ticket is not used.

If you do not use it. After 24 hours an unused ticket expires and its value is returned to your balance as credits: the credits you paid, or, if you paid by bank transfer, the amount converted at the credit price shown at the time. Credits returned this way can only be used for readings, like any other credits.

Questions we may not answer. The reader does not answer questions that ask for a medical, legal or financial instruction, a prediction of illness, death or pregnancy, or harm to someone. If your question suggests you may be in danger, the reader stops and points you to help. In these cases your ticket is not used and you may write another question.

Follow-up questions. Once your reading is saved, a ticket includes follow-up questions about that reading: 2 for a Standard ticket and 3 for a Deep ticket, for 24 hours from the moment the reading is saved. Each message is one question of up to 300 characters. A message the reader declines under the rules above, or that we cannot answer on our side, does not use a follow-up; a message that is not a question does. Follow-ups never draw new cards, are part of the ticket you paid for and are not sold separately. Follow-ups you do not use end with the 24 hours and are not refunded or converted. Tickets used before follow-ups were introduced do not include them.

Your age. You must be 18 or older to buy a ticket, and you confirm this by ticking a box before you pay. We keep the time of your confirmation with your order.

Refunds

If something you bought is not what you expected — a membership or a deck — write to us within 14 days of paying and we will refund it in full. After that, we refund where something on our side went wrong.

Refunds are sent by us, by bank transfer back to the account the payment came from. Include the order reference shown after you paid, so we can find it. A refunded deck leaves your collection, and a refunded membership ends.

A reading that fails on our side — the writer errors, answers with nothing, or your question is turned away — gives its credits back automatically. Unused credits from a pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of paying. Credits already spent are not refunded, unless something on our side went wrong.

Credits returned from an expired question ticket are credits, not cash: they can be used for readings but are not refunded in money, unless something on our side went wrong.

Card art and text

The card art, the written meanings and the design of this site belong to us or to the artists we license from. Subscribing or buying a deck gives you the right to use it inside Daily Draw. It transfers no ownership and is not permission to redistribute the art elsewhere.

Your readings are yours. The question you type stays with your account, and we neither sell it nor publish it.

When you choose to share a reading, the art of the cards you drew (not the whole deck) appears on the public page and image you create. Turning the link off removes them.

Fair use

Please do not script the site, work around the daily limits, resell access, or reach content belonging to a tier you have not paid for. The limits exist because each reading costs real money to generate. We may block an account that does any of this.

Availability

This is a small service run by one person. It can go down, features can change, and a tier can be withdrawn. If we withdraw something you are paying for, we refund the unused part of the period and any credits you have not spent.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms; where money has been paid for a period not yet used, we refund it, unless the closure was for abuse.

Limits

The service is provided as it is, as a reference tool. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for any decision you make or action you take after reading a reading, or for any emotional, psychological, financial or legal consequence of it, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or takes away a right that Vietnamese consumer law gives you.

Changes to these terms

We update this page when the service changes, and the date at the top says when. If a change materially affects something you have paid for, we will tell you before it applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam, and disputes belong to the courts there. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away rights your own country gives you.

Vietnamese law you should know

We are in Vietnam and these terms follow Vietnamese law. So that you know what applies:

• The Civil Code 2015 (Law No. 91/2015/QH13) governs the contract between you and us, including who may enter into it and at what age.
• The Law on Consumer Rights Protection 2023 (Law No. 19/2023/QH15) gives you rights that these terms cannot remove, including clear information about price and what you are buying, and a way to complain.
• The Law on Electronic Transactions 2023 (Law No. 20/2023/QH15) covers contracts made online, such as ticking a box and paying.
• Personal data: Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection and the Law on Personal Data Protection (Law No. 91/2025/QH15) give you rights over your data: to know, to access, to correct, to delete and to withdraw consent. Our privacy page explains how to use them.
• The Law on Cybersecurity 2018 (Law No. 24/2018/QH14) forbids using online services to post or spread content that is unlawful.
• Superstition. Vietnamese law prohibits activities of superstition (mê tín dị đoan) and penalises them administratively (for example Decree 38/2021/ND-CP on penalties in culture and advertising). Daily Draw is a reflection and entertainment tool built on tarot and astrological symbolism. It does not ask for offerings, does not claim supernatural powers, does not predict your fate, and you must not use it to deceive, frighten or take money from anyone.

You agree to use the service lawfully. If you have a complaint, write to us first. You may also contact the consumer protection authorities, or the courts of Vietnam.
