Terms of Service
Last updated September 4, 2026
Plain terms for a small service. Using Daily Draw means accepting them. If you would rather not, the site is still free to read and you are welcome to it.
Who you are agreeing with
Daily Draw is operated by DailyDraw, in Vietnam. On this page "we" means that operator, and "you" means the person using the site.
What the service is
Daily Draw draws tarot cards and writes a reading about them. There are free readings every day, paid tiers that allow more, and card art packs unlocked by a subscription or a purchase.
It is for reflection and entertainment. A reading is not advice — not medical, legal, financial or psychological — and nothing here should stand in place of a professional. Decisions you make after reading one are yours.
Readings are written by a machine
Every reading is generated by Google's Gemini model from the card you drew and the question you asked. It is new text each time, no person reviews it before you see it, and it can be wrong, strange or repetitive. Treat it as something to think with, not a statement of fact.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy anything. Reading the public pages needs no account at all.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and your email address current — it is how we reach you about a subscription. What happens under your account is your responsibility. Tell us if you think someone else is in it.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid tiers are billed through Creem.io, acting as merchant of record. They are the seller for that transaction: your payment details go to them and never to us, and their terms cover the payment itself.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you bought it. We will tell you before any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Cancel whenever you like. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account returns to the free tier. Cancelling deletes neither your account nor your past readings.
Refunds
If a subscription is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. After that we refund the current period where something on our side went wrong.
Refunds are issued by Creem.io, because they took the payment. Their policy applies alongside this one, and where the two disagree about a payment, theirs governs it.
Card art and text
The card art, the written meanings and the design of this site belong to us or to the artists we license from. Subscribing or buying a deck gives you the right to use it inside Daily Draw. It transfers no ownership and is not permission to redistribute the art elsewhere.
Your readings are yours. The question you type stays with your account, and we neither sell it nor publish it.
Fair use
Please do not script the site, work around the daily limits, resell access, or reach content belonging to a tier you have not paid for. The limits exist because each reading costs real money to generate.
Availability
This is a small service run by one person. It can go down, features can change, and a tier can be withdrawn. If we withdraw something you are paying for, we refund the unused part of the period.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms; where money has been paid for a period not yet used, we refund it, unless the closure was for abuse.
Limits
The service is provided as it is. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We update this page when the service changes, and the date at the top says when. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will tell subscribers before it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam, and disputes belong to the courts there. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away rights your own country gives you.
